New President for the Belgian Road Association

On the occasion of the General Assembly held on 13th December 2010 Dirk De Smet, director-general of the DG Opérationnelle des Routes et Bâtiments of the Walloon Roads and Public Works Administration SPW, was elected President of the Belgian Road Association. He thus becomes by right the official Belgian representative in the World Road Association PIARC.
